Central hallway, vernacular cottage, three rooms deep. Front door- shed roof extension, knee braces, concrete stoop/steps, cast iron railing. (4) paired windows façade, ribbon (3) north elevation, (1) 2-light south elevation. Boxed eaves, slight overhang.
Alterations:
All windows replaced with vinyl 6/6. Vinyl siding applied to exterior walls. Vinyl trim and rake, applied trim as punctuated return at gable-end.
