Projecting bays resemble vault façade. Center façade is enframed window wall with two glass doors. Overhanging metal awning over front entrance bay. Drive-through pavilion with metal posts at rear (formerly a bank) is treated with raised-seam metal.
Center façade is enframed window wall with two glass doors, glass-block windows to exterior on both sides. Transom windows above are filled in with concrete.
Originally owned by Belton and Brandon Mills Corporation, and sold to Abney Mills through merger agreement in 1949.
