Signficant Architectural Features:

Adjunct wall to demolished commercial structure remains along front façade and west facade. Paired storefront windows are two bays to either side of the entry and feature screened, casement widow transoms. East façade has brick infill at front corner.

Alterations:

Wood side door with poured concrete posts and casing created from former passage between commercial structures. New gutters. Façade features a Mannerist/contemporary double door entry under a poured concrete jack arch with exaggerated keystone.
