Signficant Architectural Features:
One-Story commercial building, rectangular in plan, constructed of red brick laid in common bond. Flat roof. Front (east elevation): symmetrical; in the center of the facade is an entrance (recessed about one foot) with double glazed doors and two-light transom; on either side of the front entrance are rectangular, metal-frame plate glass windows (these windows are not original) with brick sills; across the front is a metal awning (not original); brick cornice with dogtooth course; in the long rectangular panel below the cornice is a small section of decorative brickwork (alternating recessed headers); the facade has been painted. North elevation: near the east corner of the building is a rectangular, metal-frame plate glass window with transom; toward the west end is a large segmental-arched door opening, which has been boarded up; the west end of the building is an addition made between 1913 and 1922 - this addition features a segmental-arched doorway between two segmental-arched window openings, all of which have been boarded up; except for the section of this elevation that was an addition, this wall has been sandblasted. Interior: wooden floors, plaster walls, pressed metal ceiling. OUTBUILDINGS: none
