Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house. Hip roof with plain boxed cornice features a gable at either end of its front slope, and a single gable at the southern end of both side slopes. Two Interior side slope chimneys can be seen from Butler Street. Windows are double-hung sash with four-over-four lights. Front (north elevation): symmetrical, ABA - A’s are single 4/4 windows, B is an entrance with single door framed by rectangular 4-light transom and single-pane sidelights; across front is a porch with hipped roof supported by six unfluted Ionic columns. East elevation: two 4/4 windows. West elevation: two 4/4 windows. Rear: ell. OUTBUILDINGS: Carport behind house.
