Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house. Cross gable roof with plain boxed cornice. One interior straddle-ridge chimney can be seen from W. Butler Street. Original windows appear to have been replaced— present windows are double-hung sash with 2 horizontal lights in each sash. Front (N. elevation): asymmetrical; window and door openings have been changed, and the east end of the front porch has been enclosed; the front porch features square posts on brick pedestals, and balustrade with turned balusters (some missing).
Alterations:
altered - major (see description). A recent aerial photo shows that an ell has been added to the west end of the rear elevation.
