Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house. Gable roof with projecting eaves and exposed rafters. One exterior and one interior chimney, both with corbeled caps, can be seen from Butler Street. Windows are double-hung sash, 6/1. Front (S. elevation): asymmetrical; west end of front has a triple window flanked by decorative paneled shutters; the eastern half of the front features a recessed porch— the south wall of this porch contains one 6/1 window with paneled shutters, the east-facing wall contains the main entrance to the house, a single door; articulating the front porch is a gable roof (containing vents near its peak), which is supported by heavy square brick pillars. East elevation: at the southeast corner of the house is a porte cochere. West elevation; one exterior chimney (previously mentioned); several windows.
