Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story frame house covered with asbestos cement siding. Gable roof has plain boxed cornice with returns; slope of the roof faces Butler Street. One brick interior chimney can be seen from W. Butler Street. Front (north elevation): symmetrical, ABA - A’s are single 6/6 windows, and B is an entrance with single door framed by rectangular two-light transom and two-pane sidelights; across the facade is a porch with hipped roof supported by square posts; the present concrete porch floor is not original. West elevation: three 6/6 windows.

According to the Sanborn maps of Denmark, this building was a dwelling in 1922 and 1931. The house is in an area not shown on the 1908 and 1913 Sanborn maps.
