Signficant Architectural Features:
Rectangular, one-story weatherboarded house. Gable roof has projecting eaves and exposed rafters; the gable end of the roof faces Beech Avenue. Front (west elevation): asymmetrical, ABA - A’s are single double-hung windows (which have three square panes over three tall rectangular panes in the upper sash, and a single-light lower sash), and B is a single glass and wood panel door; covering the windows and door is a screened porch, which has a gable roof (with gable end facing Beech Avenue); the gable end of the porch roof features vertical board siding and a double rectangular louvered vent. North elevation: two 2/2 windows. South elevation: one 2/2 window at the western end, one double window (not original) at the eastern end.
