Signficant Architectural Features:
One-Story house covered with a veneer of brick laid in Flemish bond. Gable roof has exposed rafters and purlins. Oh the front slope of the roof is one small brick interior chimney. North elevation: asymmetrical; at the east end of the north elevation is an arched opening leading to a porch; near the center is a gabled projection (that appears to have composition shingle siding on the gable end), which contains a tripartite window (consisting of a wide 1/1 window between two narrower windows, each of which have a single diamond-shaped pane in the center of the upper sash and a single-light lower sash); at the west end of this side is another tripartite window like the eastern one, except that the upper sash of the large center window has one diamond pane in its center. West elevation: three double windows and one single window; the gable end appears to be covered with composition shingles. East elevation: at the north end of this side is a projecting gabled porch with rough textured stucco in the gable end; the openings between the brick corner posts of the porch are characterized by broad segmental arches; this porch shelters the main entrance to the house, a single door set into a segmental arched opening, and a double window; in the center of this side is a projecting bay which has a shed roof and which contains a tripartite window like that of the west end of the north elevation; the south end of this side is a single double-hung window (upper sash containing a single diamond-shaped pane, and lower sash with a single light); gable end of the main part of the house has been covered with composition shingles. OUTBUILDINGS: Carport attached to a small frame shed,which has a metal gable roof.
