Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house, rectangular in plan, with a small, one-story rear wing. Gable roof with exposed rafters and purlins has diagonal braces in the sable end that faces Baruch Street. Windows are double-hung sash. The house has one exterior chimney on the west side, and one interior chimney on the west slope of the roof. Front (south elevation): asymmetrical; across the western part of the facade is a porch with gable roof supported by two square posts on brick pedestals - this porch shelters one double window and a single door; to the east of the porch is one double window. West elevation: in the center of the west elevation is a projecting rectangular bay with shed roof (this projecting bay contains a triple window); to the south of the projecting bay are two single windows (one on either side of the exterior chimney).
