Signficant Architectural Features:
Small, one-story commercial building constructed of red brick laid in common bond. One common side wall. Flat roof. Front (north elevation): symmetrical. ABA: large central entrance features a segmental-arched surround and probably once contained double doors (this doorway has been boarded up); the boarded up window openings on either side of the entrance are segmental-arched and have projecting brick sills; the window and door openings feature corbeled brick hoodmolds; between the cornice, which is characterized by brick corbeled brackets, and the tops of the windows is a projecting stretcher course. West elevation: at its northern end is a small end wall chimney; the parapet of this side wall sis stepped back; this wall contains two segmental-arched window openings, one wider than the other (both have been boarded up). Rear (south elevation): has a single rectangular 4-panel door in a segmental-arched opening near the east corner and a single segmental-arched window opening toward the west end; immediately to the west of the door opening is a small end wall chimney.
