Signficant Architectural Features:
1 story brick commercial building, rectangular in plan. Front: is faced with brick laid in running stretcher bond; 2 doorways - entry on left side is recessed and has double glazed doors flanked by large plate glass display windows, entry on right has a leaf door and is not recessed; the most notable design feature of the front facade is the metal cornice with brackets and dentils; 3 large brackets in the cornice and 2 recessed panels below the cornice visually divide the facade into 2 unequal sections. Interior: tongue and groove ceilings, original floors. OUTBUILDINGS:
