Two story weatherboard exterior residential with hip roof; hip roof porch across facade with square tapered wooden posts with wooden lattice work, arched spandrel between posts; 1st story facade bay is ABA: A is a 6/6 light window over double wooden panels with louvered shutters covering the full length of the window and the wooden panels; B is a single door entrance with multi-pane transom and sidelights; 2nd story facade bay has 3-6/6 light windows with batten shutters; beneath eaves of house are decorative wooden molding, there is a 1 story gable rear ell with a shed roof porch attached to the left elevation. There are 2 interior stuccoed chimneys; OUTBUILDINGS: A frame shed type garage and also a storage shed.
