1 1/2 - story weatherboard exterior residential with gable roof (slope to street).; There are two hip roofed dormers with a single 6/6 light window in each in front roof slope; bay is AABA: A is a double 6/1 light window; B is a single door entrance with 6 rectangular recessed panels flanked by multi-pane sidelights and transom; entrance has a fluted architrave and corner blocks; house has 2 interior brick chimneys, one appears to have been rebuilt; gable ends have a round arched window with fan light and have a boxed cornice with returns; there is a shed room on the rear. There is a pedimented portico on portion of facade supported by a plain columns set on small brick piers. OUTBUILDINGS: Metal garage
