Signficant Architectural Features:
1 1/2 story rectangular plan weatherboard residential. Gable end roof sloped to street with projecting gable roofed bay and portico projecting to the facade. This projecting gable is supported by wooden posts with brackets and the balustrade is wooden shingled. The facade has 3 bays: abc. A are tripled vertical over 1 single light 'windows. B is a single door entrance with 4 light transom. C is a double window of 4 vertical over single light sash. The gable end is sheathed in split wooden shingles and has 4 lattice muntin windows with carved brackets beneath the eaves. The house has 3 interior brick chimneys. There is a gable roof dormer projecting from the left end of the front roof slope and it has 2 lattice muntin windows. It is also sheathed in split wooden shingles and has exposed rafter ends as does the entire house. A crossed-gable bay extends on the right elevation and has a double louvered vent in its gabled end on the half story and on the first story is a tripartite window on a projecting bay which has pent roof with exposed rafter ends. There is a gable roof L extending to the rear. OUTBUILDINGS: none visible
