Signficant Architectural Features:
Two-story, stuccoed exterior building with expansion joints; the building has a gable roof with pedimented,weatherboarded gable ends; the gable end extends to form pedimented portico on facade, supported by massive stuccoed columns. The facade 1st story has 3 bays; ABA: A is a 4/4 light window; B is a double door entrance with rectangular recessed panels, and above this entrance are two'rectangular recessed panels into the stuccoed exterior wall material; the 2nd story facade bay is ABA: A is a 9/9 light window; B is the plaque with these words written on it, " Pendleton Farmers Society, organized in 1813, chartered 1817" and underneath "This hall built by the society in 1826/quarterly meetings second Thursday in February, August, May, and November. The rear of the building also has the pedimented portico with massive columns and it has a stairway leading up to the central single door entrance into the 2nd story which is flanked on either side by a 9/9 light window; on the 1st story of this rear elevation arc 3 single door entrances. Left elevation has a single 12/12 light window and also a 4/4 light window. The 2nd story portion of this left elevation has 4-9/9 light windows. The other side is similar to this one except that it has 2-4/4 light windows on the 1st story. Two tall interior brick chimneys. OUTBUILDINGS: None

One of the pivotal buildings in the Pendleton Historic District. Oldest Farmers Hall in continuous use in nation, 3rd oldest society.
