Signficant Architectural Features:
Two story, rectangular plan, brick commercial building. First story facade has three bays: ABA (a) large glass display window (b) recessed entrance of two doors with recessed panels and transom above. The facade has cast iron fluted pilaster which have circular paterae. Cast iron steps are stamped "A M & F Company Anderson, S.C." There is a modern metal awning which covers both of the display windows and the central entrance. The second story of the facade has three evenly spaced single, double-hung sash windows with six-over-six lights. There is a stuccoed lintel and wooden surrounds in sill. The facade of the building is decorated with brick pilasters. The parapet rises up above the gable-end roof. On the right elevation is a fire escape stairway which leads to a hip roofed stoop which houses the entrance of the Pendleton Masonic Lodge. There is at least one interior brick chimney with corbeled cap. Also carved rafter ends exposed beneath the eaves of the building. The building has been sand blasted and the brick is deteriorating badly. OUTBUILDINGS: NONE
