One story cottage with hipped roof, boxed cornice, dentil frieze and shingle siding above lintels and weatherboarding below; verandah with unfluted columns, plaster composite capitals, balustrade with square spindles spans facade and part of right side with a polygonal projection at the corner; kitchen ell at left rear with gabled roof with return and plain frieze, weatherboard siding and 2 sash, 3 verticals/1; screened porch attached to ell; hipped dormer with shingles centered on roof; single entry with diamond side lites; pediment on verandah roof centered over entry supported by paired columns; 3 interior chimneys. OUTBUILDINGS: 2 car garage with apartment above, ca. 1940, shiplap siding, gable roof
