1 1/2 story gable roof parallel to street, shed dormer, recessed central entry with transom lite, side lites decorated with diamond lite, sash door with 4 vertical panes. Triangular brackets at eaves, porch with gable end facing street; 6/1 sash windows, single story addition at rear. Grounds: broken granite skirt from road to brick drive, brick pier gate with iron accordion gate, chest high brick retaining wall. OUTBUILDINGS: Weatherboard garage - early 20th C.
Alterations:
Asbestos siding over cedar shingles, aluminum frame windows in shed dormer, porch enclosed with aluminum windows.
Historical Information:
Section of Nick Prevost House front lawn subdivided ca. 1910 by John Linley for a suburban residential development. Gate and brick drive are original entry to Prevost House grounds.
