Signficant Architectural Features:
1 story weatherboard house, irregular in plan, with gable roof and boxed cornice with returns. Front: asymmetrical; a porch with hipped roof, turned posts and balustrade, and gingerbread frieze extends from the N. side of the gabled projecting left side across the front facade. Gingerbread ornament is found in the tops of the two front and side gables, below which are circular vents in the gable ends. A notable feature of the right (N) side of the main body of the house is a polygonal bay which contains 6/6 windows. OUTBUILDINGS:
