1 story frame cottage with tin gable roof and brick pier foundation. Front porch features six turned columns supporting a tin roof. Pieced brackets beneath porch roof. AABAA configuration. Root has boxed cornice with return in gable ends. One story ell to rear. 1 interior chimney; 1 exterior. Side porch along ell also has turned columns. Interior: Central hall plan. One large room on either side. Beaded siding on walls and ceilings throughout along with medium board flooring Ornate front door has Victorian trim and entablature. 1 light with small panels at bottom. Double-paned transom. 1/1 sidelights. OUTBUILDINGS: One-use undetermined. Frame with tin gable roof & brick piers
