Signficant Architectural Features:

2 story weatherboard house, irregular in plan, with low-pitched gable roof. Windows are predominantly double-hung sash, 2/2 lights, with louvered shutters. Front: asymmetrical: projecting 3-bay right side of front elevation features a gable end facing the street., a 2-tier veranda with Tuscan columns and balustrade with turned balusters, and a front entrance with glazed door and rectangular transom and sidelights; the left side of this projecting front section is characterized by a 3-sided bay and a 1-story porch,with balustrade along its roof, extending across it and around along the left side of the front elevation. Rear: 1 story wing with hip roof. The 2nd story of this building may have been added, at one time. OUTBUILDINGS: 1 garage
