Signficant Architectural Features:
2 story red brick commercial building, rectangular in plan, with flat roof. 2 common walls. Ground floor of the front facade is asymmetrical. 3 bays-ABC, and contains 2 entries: the entrance on the left (A) is recessed and has a single glazed door with transom. The main entry (B) features glased double doors and 2-pane transom; to the right of this entry is a plate glass window with stone sill. 1st floor windows and doors have wood lintels. The belt course between the 1st and 2nd floors is given emphasis by brick corbeled brackets beneath it. The 2nd floor contains 3 double-hung sash 2/2 windows with stone sills and wood lintels in a large recessed panel. Above the 2nd ,story windows are brick corbels and a parapet with decorative brickwork. Interior walls have been covered with paneling. OUTBUILDINGS:
