Signficant Architectural Features:
1 1/2 story weatherboard exterior structure. 2 interior chimneys with . corbeled caps. Gable shingled roof. Center gable with imbricated shingles in gable end and small window with segmental arched opening and peaked window surround. Front porch with turned posts and balustrade and pierced brackets. Right side features 2 rectangular pedimented bays. 1 story rear ell with 1 interior chimney. 2 story modern shiplap addition attached to rear porch by enclosed walkway. 1 story 3 sided bay with pediment with imbricated shingles and similar window as in front gable. Porch was wraparound (partially enclosed on left side) & screened in rear. Boxed cornice. 2/2 light full length windows. Entrance door features Vict. trim with frosted light glass upper portion, entablature, egg and dart dentil, and 5 recessed beveled panels lower portion. Entrance is flanked by 2 light sidelights and 2 light transom. Interior: Central hall 2 rooms either side. 2 rooms on right side of hall feature arches over side windows. Doors feature 4 recessed beveled panels with transoms. Chair rail with beaded wainscoting. UUI BUILDINGS: 1 frame dairy bldg. Frame chicken house. 1 frame cotton house.
