Signficant Architectural Features:

shiplap cottage with gable roof and boxed cornice with returns. 2 rear slope chimneys. Windows are double-hung sash, 6/6. Front: shingled center gable contains a louvered fan and features a finial on top; 1 story porch with turned posts, balustrade, and brackets, extends across front facade; central entrance is framed by rectangular transom and sidelights, and is flanked on either side by a window with shutters. Left side: polygonal bay with brackets under eaves of its roof; small 1-story addition. Right side: weatherboard addition with hipped roof. OUTBUILDINGS:
