Signficant Architectural Features:
2 story weatherboard house with gable roof. 2 exterior chimneys are visible from Mulberry Street. Windows are double-hung sash, 2/2. Front: 2-tier veranda with turned posts and balustrade, spindle frieze and brackets extends across 5-bay, symmetrical front elevation; central front entrance with single glazed door is framed by a 4-light transom and 2-light sidelights; above, the central 2nd story doorway has sidelights & no transom; both the 1st and 2nd story front doorways are flanked on either side by 2 windows; front elevation also features a small center gable containing a square vent. Rear: 2 story addition, with a 1-story rear section. Interior: mantel with fluted columns; Victorian beaded board ceilings; glass transoms over 4-panel doors. OUTBUILDINGS:
