2-1/2 story frame residence, rectangular; 3 bays wide (W-E-W), 2 bays deep; side gable comp. roof; 2 int. brick chimneys w/corbelled caps; 6/6 windows in gable end; boxed cornices w/returns; 2 story monumental portico w/flat roof & alum, columns at central entrance bay of facade; 1st & 2nd floor central entrances have transom & sidelights; small metal balcony at 2nd level; 6/6 windows w/wood blinds; wood weather bd. siding; stuccoed masonry fndtn.; rear of bldg, has 1 story porch on raised stuccoed pier fndtn. OUTBUILDINGS: None
