1-1/2 story frame residence, rectangular w/addn. to NE, small shed addn. at NW corner; 5 bays wide (W-W-E-W-W), 4 bays deep (W-W-W-W); side gable patterned comp, roof; front facing & rear facing gable projections; front facing projection has central paired window w/decorative hood that has been infilled w/recent alum, windows; 2 int. br. chimneys w/corbelled caps; 1 story porch along the facade & sides w/octagonal wood columns, decorative capitals & bracketed eaves; boxed cornice; plain board frieze; side gable ends have boxed cornices w/returns; 9/9 windows w/wood louvered shutters, windows in gable ends are casement windows; central entrance has transom & sidelights; wood weatherbd. siding, rear shed addn. has comp, siding; stuccoed masonry fndtn. OUTBUILDINGS: Former school house, misc. sheds
