1 story frame residence, āLā shaped; 5 bays wide (W-W-E-W-W), 5 bays deep (WW-W-W-W-W, E:W-W-W-W); cross gable corrugated metal roof; front facing pedimented gable projection w/triple 4-light window; 1 story recessed integral porch in the 3 central bays of the facade w/shingled screen supported by square columns, w/simple wood balustrade, rear porch has been partially infilled; central entrance has 2 oversized 12-light windows; boxed cornice w/returns; louvered attic vent; 6/6 windows and principal entrance w/in the porch set w/in heavy decorative molded surrounds; remaining windows are 6/6 w/shaped surrounds, wood weatherboard siding; stuccoed br. pier fndtn. Interior: Hall partitions have been removed, flanked on either side by parlors, w/2 additional rooms in the wing, 2 additional rooms flanking the porch; split lath, decorative window surrounds; simple Greek Revival mantelpieces, 4 panelled doors OUTBUILDINGS: None
