Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house, irregular in plan. Hip & gable roof has plain boxed cornice. Most of the windows are double-hung sash, 2/2; front windows have louvered shutters. One brick interior chimney with deteriorated cap on the SW slope of the roof; two interior brick chimneys at the NE end of the house. Front (NW elevation): asymmetrical; projecting north end of the front is 3 bays, AAB - A's are single 2/2 windows with louvered shutters, and B is a single door entrance with single-light transom; in the gable end of the north end of the front is a rectangular single-sash window with lozenge-shaped panes, which is flanked on either side by a square louvered vent; on the SW side of the projecting north end of the front is one 2/2 window with louvered shutters; the west end of the front is characterized by a single door entrance. Across the NW and SW sides of the projecting north end of the front is a porch with hipped roof, entablature with dentil course, lattice porch supports on brick pedestals, and balustrade with plain balusters. NE and SW elevations: both feature several 2/2 windows; at the south end of the SW side is a basement apartment. Rear: gabled ell with boxed cornice & returns at the south end of the rear, to the north of which is a screened porch. OUTBUILDINGS:
