Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story house covered with stucco. Low gable roof. One chimney, which has a hood, can be seen from Georgia Avenue, windows are double-hung sash. Front (NW side): asymmetrical; projecting gabled south end of the front features a round louvered vent in the gable end, one window on the first floor (upper sash with four square panes over four tall rectangular panes, single-light lower sash), and, at its north end,a semicircular-arched opening that leads to a recessed porch and the front door; to the north of the front door is a double window; across the northern of the front is a terrace. SW elevation: several single windows; circular vent in gable end. NE elevation: small porch at the north end of this side; a portion of the building at the east end of the NE side has shiplap siding.
