Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house. Hip roof has plain boxed cornice. One brick interior chimney with corbeled cap can be seen from Georgia Avenue (on the SW slope of the roof). Front (NW elevation): asymmetrical; projecting gabled north end of the front is 2 bays, AB - A is a single double-hung window with louvered shutters (upper sash of window features muntins arranged in a decorative geometric pattern, lower sash consists of 2 tall rectangular panes), and B is an entrance with single paneled door, 2-light transom, and sidelights; the gable end of the projecting north end of the front contains a small rectangular window (with lozenge-shaped panes) flanked by square louvered vents; the west end of the NW side features a double 2/2 window. Across the facade is a porch with hipped roof, square wooden posts, and lattice railing; to the west of the front entrance, the porch is screened. SW elevation: projecting gabled wing at the south end of this side. NE elevation: north end features a row of small rectangular single-sash windows; east end has one double 2/2 window. OUTBUILDINGS:
