Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story weatherboarded house. Hip roof with plain boxed cornice. Two brick interior side-slope chimneys with corbeled caps can be seen from Georgia Avenue. Front (NW elevation): ABA - A's are large rectangular single-hung windows with single-light transoms; across the facade is a porch with hipped roof, four Tuscan columns, and balustrade (which has plain balusters); on the north end of the front slope of the roof is a gable, which contains a rectangular single light window flanked by rectangular louvered vents (over the window and vents is a narrow entablature with dentil course.) NE & SW elevations: both feature several single 2/2 windows. OUTBUILDINGS:
