Signficant Architectural Features:
Two-story weatherboarded house with basement. Hip roof with exposed rafters. Two brick interior side slope chimneys. Front (west elevation): symmetrical; in the center of the first floor is the main entrance, a single door (which contains a rectangular panel of 25 small panes of glass in its upper half, 4 wooden panels in the bottom half) flanked by 15-pane sidelights (below each of the sidelights are two square panels); on either side of the front entrance is a triple window (3 16/1 windows); on the second floor are three triple windows, which are like those of the first floor of the facade; in the center of the front slope of the roof is a shed dormer containing a double window; the basement features a window similar to those of the floors above at the north end of the front, and at the south end, three single-sash 6-light windows; across the facade is a one-story porch with hipped roof, wooden posts, and balustrade with plain balusters.
