Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story house covered with stucco. Low gable roof has exposed rafters and, in the gable ends, diagonal braces; slope of the roof faces Carolina Avenue. Two brick interior chimneys on the front slope of the roof, windows are double-hung sash, 3/1. Front (west elevation): symmetrical, ABA - A's are double windows, B is a single door entrance; across the facade is a recessed porch, which features paired wooden posts on brick pedestals; in the center of the front slope of the roof is a dormer, which has a gable roof with projecting eaves and exposed rafters. North side: near center of this side is one single door between two single windows; at the east and west ends - one double window. South side: three single windows, two double windows. OUTBUILDINGS:
