Signficant Architectural Features:
11/2-story brick house. Gable roof with exposed rafters; slope of roof faces Butler Avenue; the gable ends feature exposed purlins and diagonal braces. One interior chimney can be seen from Butler Avenue. Most of the windows are double-hung sash. Front (south elevation): asymmetrical, ABAAA - A's are single 4/1 windows (upper sash consisting of 4 tall rectangular panes), B is a single door entrance; in the center of the front slope of the roof is a large gabled dormer containing three windows (each with 4 tall rectangular panes); across the facade is a recessed porch with pillars covered with vegetation. West elevation: small, one-story porch with gable roof and tapered brick pillars projects out from this side of the house. OUTBUILDINGS:
