Signficant Architectural Features:

Two-story weatherboarded house, nearly square in plan. Low hip roof has plain boxed cornice, windows are double-hung sash, 4/1 (upper sash has 4 tall rectangular panes) non-functional shutters have been attached to many of the windows. No chimneys can be seen from Georgia Avenue. Front (SE elevation): first floor is asymmetrical, AB - A is single door entrance flanked by small 2-light windows (sidelights), B is a double window; on the second floor is a .single window between two double windows; a one-story porch with hipped roof supported at the corners by square wooden posts shelters the window and door of the first floor; this front porch has a balustrade with plain balusters. SW elevation: two double windows on each floor. NE elevation: two double windows on each floor. OUTBUILDINGS:
