One-story cottage covered with shake shingles. Gable roof with half-timbered gable ends. One central brick chimney with corbeled cap. East elevation: 2 half-timbered triangular dormers break the front slope of the roof; these dormers contain rectangular panels of glass blocks. Two double 6/1 windows on this side. South side: across the south side of the cottage is a brick terrace with wrought iron railing. North side: projecting from the second story on this side is a gabled screened porch, which appears to be an addition (the area underneath this porch is open). OUTBUILDINGS:
