Signficant Architectural Features:
One-story, rectangular plan, frame residence with, gable roof (slope to street) and large central gablet. Weatherboard sheathing. A flat-roofed porch with I taiianate-influenced brackets, square wooden posts and sawn balustrade covers facade. Rooms on left and right ends of facade appear to be enclosed sections of this porch. A single door entrance with transom is centered on facade; it is flanked by french doors on the right and a series of 6/6 light sash windows on the left. Gablet above has a single 6/6 light sash with louvered shutters. Gable ends feature boxed cornices with returns. A gabled ell is attached at center of rear elevation; it has hipped room additions. Two interior chimneys of brick are visible. OUTBUILDINGS: none visible
