Signficant Architectural Features:
One and two-story weatherboarded house, irregular in plan. Multi-gable roofs feature plain boxed cornices with returns. Two-story section of the house has two exterior brick gable end chimneys; central one-story section has at least 2 brick chimneys; northern 1st section has 2 brick interior chimneys with corbeled caps; windows vary (type, groupings, a pane config.); many of the windows have board and batten shutters with cutouts. Two-story south part of the house: Front (W. side): asymmetrical; off-center front entrance, a single glazed door, is between two casement windows, hipped roof and slender Tuscan columns. On second floor are 2 casement windows. Across this facade is a 1-story porch with hipped roof and slender Tuscan columns. S. side: casement windows on 2nd floor; 2 windows on 1st floor, one of which has been boarded up. Rear: 2-story section attached to rear; 1st porch on this can be seen from s. of house) One-story middle section: bench terrace across this side. Central doorway with double glass doors with board and batten shutters is between two single glass doors with board and batter shutters. A small greenhouse has been added at the s. end of the terrace. Northern 1st section: front (w. side) ABA - A's are 2/2 windows with shutters, B is a single door entrance; across is porch with hopped roof, slender tuscan columns, trellised railing. Rear: 1-story ell attached to N end of this side features 2 9/9 windows with pealed surrounds on its N side, a small addition with shed roof on its E side. OUTBUILDINGS: None
