Signficant Architectural Features:

1-story frame house which has been covered with aluminum siding. Hip and gable roof has plain boxed cornice (with returns). windows - most are doubie-hung sash 6/6. Chimneys are brick, 1 ext. chimney on S side, 1 ext. chimney on N side. Front (SE elev.): asymmetrical. ABCCC. A is a multi-pane picture window. B is the front door - a single 6 panel door flanked by louvered shutters. C's are single 6/6 windows, 2 of which have louvered shutters. Over the front door is a 1-bay porch with gable roof (which has boxed cornice with returns) 4 cast iron supports with oak leaf and acorn design. Porch floor, which is tile, extends beyond roof down S end of front forming a terrace. SW elev.: projecting gabled S end features exterior chimney. View of rest of this end from street obscured by wall and foliage. NE side: 1 st. addition with shed roof, to E of which is a single window. OUTBUILDINGS:swimming pool; detached garage-block with cone fr. 27 x JJ; (frame utility building with cone floor?)
