One and a half story building with 2 exterior end chimneys and 2 interior chimneys of brick; hip dormers; one-story wrap-around porch with engaged roof shape; porch has columns and balustrade; single windows and grouped windows; 6/9 pane configuration; double doors with transom and traceried door lights; fan lights in gable ends. Exterior wall is weatherboard The building is shaped with a central core with splayed wings. OUTBUILDINGS: Garage and Pro Shop (1902)
