l 1/2 story house, irregular in plan, constructed of Ionic laid in Dutch bond. Roof type of most of the house is gable; a one-story east wing has a mansard or truncated hip roof; brick corbeled brackets under the eaves of the roof. House has at least 4 chimneys with chimney pots and with a dentil course in their caps. Fenestration varies.(French windows, bay windows, casement windows...); some of the windows have paneled shutters. "Front" of this house faces the Palmetto Golf Course OUTBUILDINGS:Gazebo to east of house; stable/garage/apartment
