Irregularly shaped 11/2 story frame, weatherboard clad dwelling, side facing gable roof with sawn purlins; 1 story front facing gable roofed 1/2 width center porch with unroofed left extension with sawn purlins and exposed rafter ends; facade fenestration A/B/A A=double 6/6 double hung sash windows, B=single leaf glass pane door with 6 light sidelights; triple square posts with astragul bands and necking resting on short brick bases support porch roof corners. Left elevation has projecting gabled extension at corners (the front one contains an exterior chimney); a tiled patio connects them and a double/glass pane entranceway pierces the wall - windows are irregularly placed smaller 6/6 double hung sash. Right elevation has assymetrical composition with an off-center gable projection covering the right hand 2/3 of the facade - a smaller hip roof bay is contained in this projection -irregularly spaced 6/6 sash.
