2-Story stuccoed building. Plan shape is irregular L. Main section of the building has a hip roof; rear ell has a gable roof; roof has boxed eaves. Fenestration van Structure has 2 brick chimneys with corbeled caps - 1 ext., one interior. Front (SW elev.).: Across front is a 2-tier veranda with Tuscan columns, balustrade with plain balusters; columns on 1st floor rest on brick pedstals. An extension stairway leads from the 1st floor of the veranda to its second - it has a balustrad with plain balusters.On first floor are 2 9/9 windows with louvered shutters and a single door entrance. On second floor are 6/6 windows with louvered shutters and one or 2 doors. NW elev.: 6/6 windows with louvered shutters on second floor. On 1st floor are 2 6/6, 4 9/9 windows, all with louvered shutters. NE elev.: north end features ext. brick chimney; 1 window with louvered shutters on 2nd floor. At E end of NE side is a 2 story wing that has a band of 3 rect. 4-light windows near the eaves. This rear wing has a skylight. OUTBUILDINGS: G.H.
