Signficant Architectural Features:
Two-story stuccoed building, cruciform in plan. Low hip roof with projecting eaves and exposed rafter ends. One massive brick exterior chimney. One-story porticos with paired lattice-work Ionic columns surround the east and west arms of the building. Porte cochere on the east side has been enclosed since 1970. The entablature of the porticos is carried around the building between the first and second floors. Ribbon windows on the second story. The building originally had squash courts in the north and south arms; the north squash court is still intact, the south has been divided. OUTBUILDINGS: Swimming Pool
