Signficant Architectural Features:

1 1/2 and 1-story weatherboarded house, irregular in plan. Complex gable roof with boxed cornice. This house has at least 4 brick chimneys with corbeled caps, windows, which appear to be double-hung sash, have entablatures and shutters. Front (north elevation) of the 1 1/2-story core of the house has two gabled dormers each of which contains a single 6/6 window with louvered shutters and which has a boxed cornice with returns; in the center of the front is a panel with flat roof supported by four wooden posts.
