Signficant Architectural Features:

1-story frame house covered with asbestos cement shingles. Hip root has exposed brick chimneys - 1 int. on front slope of roof near peak, 1 on W. slope of roof near peak. Front (SW elevation): asymmetrical ABA - A's are single windows, B is is a single door entrance, which is to the south of center. Across the southern 1/2 of the front is a porch with gable roof (rect. louvered vent in gable and, esp. rafters), brick pillars exp. roof, balustrade with plain balusters. NW side: AABCDE: A's are single windows B is small rect. single sash window C is a single door entrance D is small 6/1 window with 1 paneled shutter E is a single 8/1 window that lacks shutters on NW slope of roof is a shed dormer cont. a rect. louvered vent. SE side: 3 single windows Rear: (This area possibly once a small porch.) Addition at N corner has single door & a double hung (2/2), (house lights) windows on its SE side and double 2/2 window on its NE side to E of this window is a single 6/6 window. Rear wing with hip roof has a single window without shutters on its SE and NE side. None of the windows in rear wing and addition that I can see have shutters. OUTBUILDINGS: wood frame utility building with metal roof & dirt floor
