2 1/2 story stuccoed house. Gable roof has narrow boxed eaves. House has 2 stuccoed chimneys, windows, except where otherwise indicated, are double-hung sash 6/1. Front (SW elevation): symmetrical. 1st floor, ABA - Ale are double windows with louvered shutters; B is front entrance, the design of which resembles a Palladian window (the entrance consists of a single panaled door, semicircular fanlight, rectangular 2-light sidelights). 2nd floor, ABA -A's are double windows with louvered shutters and B is a single window with louvered shutters. On the front slope of the roof is a large dormer that has a gable roof with boxed cornice returns, and that contains a double window. NW elevation: At the west end of the NW side is a one-story wing with balustrade and flat roof; This wing features a double window with louvered shutters on its SW side. 2nd floor - double window, single window and what appears to be another single window and a door; Gable end contains 1 small single window. SE elevatlon: At the S. end of the SE side is a stuccoed exterior chimney. Across most of the lst floor is a one-story wing with flat balustrade roof that contains a screened porch at its S. end and a sun porch at its E. end; the east end of the SE side of this wing features 4 windows separated only by mullions. To the east of the wing is a double window. On the second floor, to the south of the chimney, is a single window, to the east of the chimney is a single glazed door (one which is a small shed roof supported by the chimney and by a bracket) and a double window. In the gable end is a double window. Rear: small 1-story rear ell at W. end of N. side. 2nd floor has 3 single windows. Rear slope of roof has large gabled dormer containing a rectangular louvered vent. OUTBUILDINGS: masonry garage (20' X 24’) at N. corner of property
